Cresswell Cattle Company is a first-generation, family-owned ranch dedicated to producing premium, grass-fed, grass-finished beef. Operating at Bar C Ranch in Texas, our focus is on raising South Poll and Santa Gertrudis cattle using regenerative, low-stress, and forage-based management.
Our program is built on three core principles: cattle that thrive on grass, beef that is clean and nutrient-dense, and land stewardship that improves soil, forage, and wildlife habitat year after year. Every animal is raised without vaccines, hormones, or grains. From birth through harvest, our cattle stay on pasture, rotated across fresh forage to ensure optimal health and consistent beef quality.

Cresswell Cattle Company provides premium, clean, 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef raised on our family ranch in Texas. Our cattle are never given grain, vaccines, hormones, or unnecessary antibiotics. Every cut reflects the natural flavor of cattle raised the right way—on pasture, under open sky, with low-stress handling and regenerative grazing.
We offer whole, half, and quarter beef options, as well as individual cuts when inventory allows. |
